Marcus Arcell McGee was born October 4, 1900. This is definitely one of my Don’t Forget Abouts…people.

This is my grandfather. He passed away in 2001 a few months before his 101st birthday. Wisdom, longevity, tenacious, persistent and principled are just a few words that come to mind when I think of describing him. Stubborn is another. Those qualities are what kept my grandfather successful and in business for fifty plus years.
He was a generous and gentle man that carried a pistol (or pistols) at all times. A family man and a positive presence in his community. There was no nonsense at Tuxedo Barbershop! That was the business that he ran for fifty plus years. I am continuing on the Tuxedo name in my businesses. More info on those coming soon!
